Decision not to take class 11 board exam
July 21, Kathmandu. There will be no board exam for class 11 this year. Spokesperson of the Curriculum Development and Evaluation Council Ganesh Prasad Bhattarai informed that it has been decided to give certificates to the students through internal assessment.
The examination was scheduled to be held from April 6. But the test could not be done due to the epidemic of corona virus (Covid-19). The National Examination Board has been given the responsibility of formulating procedures on how to conduct interim assessment of students. The concerned colleges will award marks to the students as per the procedure.
Earlier, it was decided not to conduct Secondary Education Examination (SEE) due to the risk of corona infection.
