कक्षा ११ र १२ को परीक्षाको विकल्प नखोजिने, परीक्षा गराएरै छाड्ने शिक्षामन्त्री पोखरेलको भनाई

After completing all the preparations for this year's Secondary Education Examination (SEE), the examination was suddenly postponed the day before. After the postponement, millions of students preparing for the exams were confused. SEE, formerly known as 'Iron Gate' and a few years ago as SLC, has been viewed with the utmost importance and interest.

The recent decision of the government to pass the SEE on the basis of internal assessment has ended the confusion of millions of students.

Despite the decision not to take the SEE exam this year through internal assessment, the class 11 and 12 exams will be held. However, the Ministry of Education has not disclosed when the examination will be held.

Minister for Education Giriraj Mani Pokharel said that the students of class 11 and 12 will have to take the exam. He told Rishi Dhamala on Radio NRN, "We should have taken the 10th and 12th class exams. The test is held when the situation is normal.

Pokharel said the SEE itself would not be scrapped. Stating that the history of SEE is long, he said, "Even now, joining the police, army and government services is linked to work in the labor market. So far, there are many aspects, including the recognition of this certificate by the public service. 'SEE itself said that the issue of revocation has not been discussed yet.

He said that there was no such hurry for the 11th examination now. He said that if you have to take a class, you can do it later by taking an exam.

He said that the exams should be held at a suitable time and universities should think in new ways. "We have been clarifying all issues related to education throughout the month of May, but that has happened," Pokhrel said.

Statement of the Minister of Education -

"If the semester is over, take the next semester even if there is no exam. Continue reading. Take the exam at a suitable time. If the situation is comfortable, the exam will be held. We don't think otherwise. We don't have any legal complication regarding the 11th. It is not too late for the ministry to take care of the students. We have become a little more skeptical as the ministry will continue to improve the quality of education and the third party will also focus on quality. Now we are following the suggestions from experts from different angles. In the days to come, it should be managed under the Vako Act now. These are some of the suggestions that we are making in the Federal Education Act, these are some of the issues that we will address in tomorrow's Act. "

Therefore, there is no alternative to the 12th exam. 11 does not have to be taken as stated by the Minister of Education and can be taken according to the situation. As far as I can see, there will be 11 12 two exams. The final decision of 11 is still pending.

यस वर्षको माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा (एसईई) को सम्पूर्ण तयारी पूरा भइसकेपछि एकाएक अघिल्लो दिन परीक्षा स्थगित भयो । स्थगित भएसँगै परीक्षाको तयारीमा रहेका लाखौँ विद्यार्थी अन्योलमा परे । विगतमा ‘आइरन गेट’को नामले चिनिएको र केही वर्षअघि एसएलसी नाम रहेको एसईई सबैभन्दा महत्त्व र चासोका साथ हेरिँदै आएको छ । 

आन्तरिक मूल्याङ्कनको आधारमा एसईई उत्तीर्ण गराउने सरकारको पछिल्लो निर्णयसँगै लाखौँ विद्यार्थीको अन्योलता अन्त्य भएको छ । 

यस वर्ष एसईईको परीक्षा नलिई आन्तरिक मुल्यांकनबाट मिलाउने निर्णय भएपनि कक्षा ११ र १२ को परीक्षा भने हुने भएको छ । तर, परीक्षा कहिले हुने भन्नेबारे शिक्षा मन्त्रालयले खुलाएको छैन । 

शिक्षामन्त्री गिरिराजमणि पोखरेलले कक्षा ११ र १२ को भने परीक्षा लिनैपर्ने हुने बताए । उनले ऋषि धमलासँग रेडियो एनआरएनसँग भने, ‘हामीले कक्षा १० र १२ को परीक्षा गर्नुपर्नेथियो । परिस्थिति सामान्य भएपछि परीक्षा हुन्छ ।’

पोखरेलले एसईई नै खारेजी नहुने बताए । एसईईको इतिहास लामे भएको भन्दै उल्लेख गर्दै भने, ‘अहिले पनि प्रहरी, सेना र सरकारी सेवामा जाँदा श्रमबजारमा कामसँग पनि गाँसिएको छ । अहिलेसम्म यो प्रमाणपत्रलाई लोकसेवाले पनि मान्यता दिइरहेको लगायतका धेरै पक्षहरु छन् ।’ एसईई नै खारेजीको विषयमा अझै छलफल नपुगेको बताए ।

अहिले ११ को परीक्षाको त्यस्तो हतार नभएको बताए । कक्षा चढाउनुपर्यो भने पछि परीक्षा गरेर पनि गर्न सकिने उनको भनाई थियो ।
परीक्षा अनुकूल समयमा गर्नुपर्ने भन्दै विश्वविद्यालयहरुको लागि नयाँ ढंगले सोच्नुपर्ने बताए । ‘हामीले जेठभरिमा शिक्षासम्बन्धी सबै विषयमा स्पष्ट पार्दै जान्छौं भनेका थियौ त्यो हुँदैपनि गएको छ,’ पोखरेलले भने ।

सिक्षा मन्त्रि को भनाइ -

"सेमेस्टर सकिएको छ भने परिक्षा नहुदा पनि अर्को सेमेस्टर चढाउनुहोस, पठन पाठन अगाडि बढाउनुहोस।  कुनै उपयुक्त  समयमा परिक्षा गरौला । १२ को परिछाको हक मा परिस्थति सहज भएमा परिछा गरिन्छ।  येस्मा अर्को ढंग ले सोचिदैना।  ११ को सन्धर्भ मा हामीलाई कुनै कानुनी जटिलता छैन।  मन्त्रलायले परिछा गराउने पर्छ भन्ने पनि छैन , ढिला पनि भएको छैन।  परिछा गर्दा खेरि छै पढाइ को स्तर अगाडी बढ्ने र तेस्ले गुणात्मकत लै पनि जोड दिने भएकाले हामी अलि बढि परिछामुखी भएका छौ।   अहिले विभिन्न कोण बाट बिज्ञ बाट आएका सुझाब हरुलाई ध्यान दिएर हामी आगामी दिन हरुमा, अहिले त भाको ऐन अन्तर्गत वेवस्थापन गर्नु पर्छ।  यी कतिपय सुझाब हरु लै चै हामी जो संघिय सिक्षा ऐन हामी बनाउदै छ,  यी कतिपय मुद्दालाई चै हामी भोलिको ऐन मा नै सम्बोधन गर्छौ। "

तेसैले १२ को परिक्षा को त विकल्प छदै छैन।  ११ को भने सिक्षा मन्त्रीले भने झैँ लिनै पर्छ भन्ने छैन  र अवस्त अनुसार लिन पनि सकिन्छ।   जहा सम्म हेर्दा ११ १२ दुईको परिक्षा हुनसक्ने छ।  ११ को अन्तिम टुंगो औन बाकि छ।
